TIP continues to partner with schools to educate students on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).
This month, TIP’s team raised awareness of SGBV at Mate Comprehensive High School, Lagos. During the visit, the team provided education on their rights and equipped them with the knowledge and skills to defend themselves against all forms of violence.
The primary objective of this initiative is to disrupt the prevailing culture of silence surrounding SGBV and foster an environment where the younger generation, particularly girls, feel empowered to raise their voices against all forms of violence and assert their fundamental rights.
