TIP’s program/legal manager, Bridget Andrew, attended a 4-day training program organized by Partnership for Justice in collaboration with IFA (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen) and Protection International. The training focused on capacity-building for human rights defenders on regional and international advocacy strategies. It aimed to equip human rights defenders with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize various advocacy mechanisms, with the goal of improving and protecting human rights situations in Nigeria. Additionally, the training aimed to ensure the safety and protection of human rights defenders, which is vital for them to carry out their important work.
