With the support of the Malala Fund, TIP held its monthly assembly chat at Ideal Crystal Secondary School to educate students on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence. TIP educated the staff and students on Human rights, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) norms and reporting mechanisms for SGBV survivors.
Through this activity, TIP continually creates awareness for young girls and boys on the dangers of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence and the need to speak up against such menace in society by not just avoiding these abuses but reporting them when they occur. |
