TIP’s team visited Gracia Davina Secondary School in Lagos as part of its monthly goal to raise awareness and provide age-appropriate information about Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) among students in Nigeria. The team spent time educating, answering questions, and providing information on SGBV to over … students and school teachers.
SGBV is a critical issue that has significant implications for the security and well-being of individuals, particularly women and girls, and vulnerable groups.
TIP will continue sensitizing individuals, schools, and communities about SGBV, discuss preventive measures, ensure perpetrators face the full wrath of the law, and advocate for the need to curb SGBV.
