This month we highlight the story of Ruth W. Ruth has been in detention for over five months for an allegation of stealing the sum of N90,000. Ruth was arrested in lieu of her ward, who was accused of committing the said offence. She was without a lawyer for these months until TIP took up her case. Ruth is now home with her family on bail, and TIP will continue to represent her until justice is served.
